Are you kidding me disappear? I have sooo much more to learn. Like installing my sh-d162 drive and flashing with kreon. Opening up a Xbox and learning how to flash that, making backups from original discs correctly etc,etc etc... Long way to go. What a noob LMAO..

Question: I am looking into buying an Xbox and am researching this "modding" I've done flash/flex's and hexidecimal editing on Razr phones b4 so i am somewhat comfortable. I do have some general questions though. Any insight is appreciated.

I'm thinking about getting the blaster 360. Since there is no soddering if i restored the firmware and took off the blaster 360 could it still pass as under warranty?

I've also read that when flashing your firmware, you should use a different power source for your dvd drive you to avoid an error flag that could shut you off from live. If i use the blaster 360, this should avoid this potential flag. Now, I read up on people getting banned from Live. If I restore my original firmware everytime b4 i connect to live, is there any way that i could still get banned?

To install the blaster you need to break the warranty seals on the 360, unless you use the hairdryer and a razor blade method. Use the latest firmware with stealth patched games and you should be fine.
